LDA provides program oversight and on-site management of high-profile multi- sector infrastructure projects to ensure small and DBE firm’s contract and labor compliance requirements.
Our extensive network of key sub consultants and sub-contractors allow us to design and deliver high quality services while maximizing cost and insuring federal, state and local compliance. LDA works with both Prime and client agency staff in supporting the program management responsibilities in just some of the areas listed below.
Provide input to the overall Project Management Plan in areas affecting cost and profitability, including communicating project specific contract guidelines and/or procedures to project teams and ensuring adherence to those items.
Design and implement DBE Performance Plans, for major infrastructure projects including Design-Build. Including the reporting of DBE and SBE goal attainment, awards and payments.
Provide Construction Management Services -Office administrative staff and Field Engineering support, including but not limited to structural excavation.
Our proposed principle contact will review all work proposal requests, identify staff from among the sub consultants for implementation of the work tasks and manage the activities as described and agreed upon by the client and project team.
Assist project managers/other team members by providing proactive financial review/analysis and documentation for project review meetings, attends project review meetings/other project meetings as needed. Meet with project managers regularly to review burn analysis and recommendations. Work with project managers to update cost projections to properly reflect current project status.
Ensures effective cash management by creating and/or maintaining cash flow forecasts, internal and external invoice mapping procedures, coordinating updates and QC reviews of project billing notes and appropriate subconsultant payment terms, communication of invoicing requirements to internal and external parties, coordinating project invoice reporting requirements. Proactively track and report on receivables and delinquent billing. Establish, monitor and drive action plans for effective cash resolution on projects.
