Record-keeping Best Practices
Supporting contract requirements by training others on records principles that are aligned and in compliance with client's and industry standards.
Providing Staff Resources
Provide construction management services, Office administrative staff and Field Engineering support, including but not limited to on site staff working at project facility locations.
Certified Payroll
Provide labor compliance monitoring and reporting. Monitor certified payrolls to generate and track overall local hiring and SBE/DBE participation.
TOD Development Initiatives
Consult on (TOD) development initiatives- including funding, project and site development, project labor agreements, local hiring programs and business & community outreach.
